How to make a request
Email our privacy contact
Send an email to firecombat.brayang.com@gmail.com with the subject Fire Sniper account and data deletion. Say whether you want to delete your whole game account and associated data, or particular information.
Help us find the right account
If available, include the ID shown in the game’s Settings, your platform and app version. If you no longer have access to the game or your ID, tell us; you do not need to reinstall it just to submit a request. We may ask for other information to verify ownership.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or authentication codes.
We review and follow up
We will use your message to identify the relevant records, verify the request and explain the next steps, including any information that must be retained. The email button opens a draft; your request is submitted only when you send the email.
What the request covers
A full game-account deletion request covers the account identity and associated cloud save information we control, such as progress, inventory, currencies, achievements and event records. You may also ask us about related support or analytics information that can be linked to you.
Deleting this information can permanently remove progress and access to associated game items. We may need to clarify the scope before processing it.
Information that may be retained
Purchase, security or support records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, transaction reconciliation, fraud prevention or disputes. Backups may retain information for their normal lifecycle. Provider-held information is also subject to the provider’s applicable retention and deletion processes. We will explain applicable exceptions when responding to your request.
Device data and platform accounts
- Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage can remove game data from that device, but does not, by itself, delete cloud records or device backups.
- This request concerns Fire Sniper. It does not delete your Google or platform account.
- The store may retain transaction records. Data deletion is not a purchase-refund request.
- In releases with Privacy choices, use Settings → Privacy → Ads privacy for available advertising preferences, or choose No thanks for optional gameplay analytics. If these controls are unavailable in your installed version, check for an update or contact us.
